What was getting in the way?
People looking for help with Baxi products were landing on a website aimed at investors. They couldn’t find what they needed and ended up calling the wrong office.
What did Tari do?
After building nine websites for companies in the group, Tari helped separate the two audiences. Investors got a dedicated company website. Customers got a directory that pointed them towards the right business for their product.
The sites used systems Baxi already had to share company information and send enquiries to the right teams.
What changed?
People had clearer routes to the information they needed. The original case study says product-information calls to the group office stopped after the changes, although it doesn’t give call numbers or a measurement period.
Could this help your business?
Sometimes the problem isn’t a lack of information. It’s that customers can’t find it. Making the next step obvious can help both your customers and your team.
From Tari’s original Baxi Group case study. It does not give an exact completion date or a call-volume baseline. These are historical results, not a description of Baxi’s systems today.
