Feroze Rub co-founded an early public bike-sharing business in London, helping turn a simple idea into a working service: collect a bike, make a journey and return it for the next person. The solution connected street-side hire points, bike tracking, customer access and payments—the kind of connected service people now recognise in city bike hire such as Santander Cycles. He helped take the venture from concept to a successful exit.

That’s the perspective we bring to AI and automation. Is this a real problem? Will the improvement justify the cost? Will the team use it? Sometimes the right answer is a small automation or a better process. Sometimes it needs new software. We help work out which, then get it working.

As an early hire and CTO at Campus Society, Feroze helped shape the product and technology, advised the founders and built the teams behind the student collaboration platform. He helped it reach 100,000 subscribers in under three years, bringing together product decisions, engineering and the needs of a growing community.

At Carbon Credentials, later known as Carbon Intelligence, he served as Director of Technology, leading product and engineering work on its carbon and energy analytics platform. The company was subsequently acquired by Accenture. His role focused on building the technology and team; the acquisition came after his tenure.
